Once you have affixed your cans onto the plate, take the three strips of craft foam and glue them on.
(Unfortunately I do not have a picture that correctly illustrates this, but this is a simple enough step.)
Paint around the cans with Mod Podge, and then with brown paint, and dab similarly to how you did with the cans. Remember to also paint and dab the lids of your cans as well.Īt this point, it’s time to hotglue your cans onto your square plate. Next, use your black paint and dab the tubes, using a paper towel. Focus darker and denser dabs around the lip of the tubes and between where you hot-glued previously. Then, glue your cans together with hot-glue and paint over then with your Gunmetal Grey paint as a base coat. Remember to also paint the lids of your Pringles cans as you can put them back on when you’re finished. Once you have cut out your pieces, affix them together with hot glue.Īfterwards, cut out three strips of craft foam that are roughly 1 inch wide. For this, I used a scrap piece of Wonderflex I had laying around because I knew it would also more easily bend to my form. Then, take the piece of craft foam you just cut and trace the outline onto a solid piece of material of your choice. To do this, cut a rounded square that is roughly the length and width of your tubes out of craft foam. Doing so will quickly wrap up this simple side quest. To begin, you will first need to make a solid back plate to support your tubes which will also make it easier to adhere to your coat. When you arrive, simply head on inside, seek out the good doctor, and let her know to make room on the schedule. You can quick-travel to the New Vegas Medical Clinic if you've already been there, of course, but if not, it's northeast of Freeside and the New Vegas Strip, directly adjacent to the Crimson Caravan Company's building. He wants you to head to the New Vegas Medical Clinic to let the head doctor there, a woman named Doctor Usanagi, that Betsy is going to be coming there soon to seek some treatment. When you reach Gorobets and let him know the good news, he thanks you for speaking with Betsy, but asks you to do one last thing. Doing so will prompt the game to tell you to report the good news back to Gorobets, so do so presently.
The good news is that with a moderate Speech or Medicine check, you can convince her that she really does need help. Speak to her when you find her, and you'll learn a bit about her traumatic experience, and how she's hesitant to let it get to her (although, unbeknownst to her, it already has).
If you're having trouble, you could always just activate I Don't Hurt Anymore as your active side quest, which will then allow you to follow on-screen compass directions to find Betsy in short order. And it's the Corporal that we'll help out, wrapping this side quest up rapidly in the process.Ĭorporal Betsy, just like Lieutenant Gorobets, will be roaming around the many tents of Camp McCarran, but you should be able to find her easily enough. One person in particular he'll talk about at the outset is a female officer named Corporal Betsy. When you get down to the nitty-gritty with him, you'll learn that a few of his subordinates are having a hard time after some traumatic battle experiences that have occurred recently. Engage Gorobets in conversation, and you'll be able to learn a bit about him and his team. Once you've found Lieutenant Gorobets, you're on the right track to get this side quest underway. Roaming around those tents, you should eventually find a man named Lieutenant Gorobets. For the time being, make your way to the back end of the encampment, towards all of the tents. When you arrive at Camp McCarran (with its broken sign outside), you'll be able to enter and start exploring. More succinctly, it's just to the east of the El Rey Motel, and due west of the Aerotech Office Park. Are you friendly with the NCR? Then we have some good news for you this side quest can be undertaken! Everything for this side quest essentially goes down at Camp McCarran, an NCR-controlled base to the south of Freeside and the New Vegas Strip.
